Choose a branding method
Woven or jacquard artwork is built into the elastic; printed artwork is applied to a surface. Each route has different artwork and production requirements. Ask for a physical elastic sample with your actual logo, because a digital mockup cannot show hand feel or recovery.

Approve the waistband on the garment
Check whether the elastic rolls or digs in and whether the logo becomes distorted under normal stretch. Examine the seam where the repeat joins. A comfortable loose elastic swatch may behave differently once attached to the boxer body.
Plan unused components and reorders
Ask who holds surplus elastic, how it is identified and whether it can be used for a later order. Record the approved supplier reference and color code. Reconfirm availability and price before assuming the next batch will match.
Approve the waistband at rest and when stretched
A logo that looks correct in an artwork file may distort on elastic. Check repeat spacing on the physical sample and where the repeat meets the joining seam. The elastic supplier minimum should be quoted separately from the garment order.
