Seamless thong manufacturer: approve minimal coverage
Compare DYS322 with a fuller brief in the same intended size. Record front and back rise, gusset position, back width and elastic response. A thong silhouette has different coverage from a Brazilian or full brief; a smooth cut edge cannot compensate for an unsuitable size or unstable garment position.
Seamless vs no-show underwear: test the outcome
Seamless describes aspects of construction; no-show describes an intended result under outer clothing. Try the sample beneath the actual outer fabric in movement and seated positions. Review edge rolling, outlines, opacity and gusset visibility. Record the clothing and sample size so the result is reproducible.

Include logo location, care-label content, component composition and the agreed wash method in the brief. Inspect cut edges and gusset attachment before and after washing and stretching.
