Use the chart for the exact style
Each catalogue product now has a dedicated manufacturer size-reference image. Compare the buyer body measurements with the reference and request finished garment measurements, units, measuring points and tolerances for approval. Do not treat S, M or L as identical between styles or countries. Resolve any discrepancy between a chart and your technical pack before cutting or grading.
Approve packaging with the garment
Review a packed physical sample. Specify plain or branded packaging, material, dimensions, print colors, barcode/SKU, size identifier and carton quantity. Ask whether unused packaging components are stored, shipped or charged separately. Only use material or environmental claims supported by documents for the actual order.
Keep an evidence set for the order
Retain the approved sample, measurement sheet, latest artwork, written quote and agreed inspection plan. Ask for dated production and inspection photos that identify the order. General factory photographs show the workspace; they do not prove that a particular shipment has passed inspection.
